Todo mundo sabe que os correios demoram, quando a compra é feita na China e tem que atravesser metade do mundo (literalmente) para chegar ao destinatário, passando ainda por fiscalização/alfândega, demora ainda mais e corre o risco de pagar imposto.
Mas sempre tem algum desavisado, que não sabe disto e abre tópico em tudo quanto é lugar, foi criada esta seção.

Dear HobbyKing representatives and hobbies enthusiastic,
I wana to tell something about my experiences with Hobby King.
I get NGH GT25 25cc Engine gas in the Hobby King store in april/2015 begin, and My worst experience of shopping through electronic trade was beginning. I received the product in early June and started the installation in the model airplane. It took me a while to install and in mid-July I did the engine break-in without take off the plane. I made the first flights apparently normal, except the vibration of the engine that was excessive. And more or less 5 tanks of fuel the engine broken dow. The inspection showed damage to the piston and cylinder as photo shown. I contacted the Support Center HobbyKing and then I started to realize that there was a product purchased from a reliable supplier. Everyone can view copies of emails exchanged between me and the HK representatives, outside the price paid, plus tax I had to pay upon receipt of the product, I spent over R to return the engine to HK. End result, not repaired the engine and even gave me back the broken engine sent.
I apologize if I couldn't show the e-mails in chronological order, but I believe that with some effort you can understand the reason of my deep disappointment with the HobbyKing.

the last time I heard any information about my pending with the hobbyking was in 12/9/2015. I'm very upset with your company. I bought a product that could met my expectations, but it did not. I paid for it, I did everything that I was asked by the Hobbyking and so far, rather than resolve my problem all you do is ask for patience on my part. Listen well, the product sucks and was returned to you in 9/30/2015, can be seen in the receipt of posting at the post Office of Brazil, and also through the tracking number that was delivered to the recipient informed by mail of the Hon Kong Warehouse. If your company has a little respect to your consumer the minimum you have to do is return the payment back. Understand that I'm still going to stay with a loss of over $ 300.00, without that I already paid for the engine in your shopping, which is the sum of the tax they paid on receipt of the engine plus the cost of returning the product to your Warehouse in Hong Kong. Don't ask me more patience because I'm very angry with becouse it is not my fault, as his company proves to be incompetent to deal with this problem, it's not my fault. It's your fault.
I,m not know what I have to do against your company, but be sure that I will. I´m let talking to PayPal, after that I will handlle this situation.

This is a follow-up to your previous request #1654638 "NGH GT25 25cc Gas Engine Wi..."
Ladies and gentlemen,
feeling sorely disappointed with the treatment I've been receiving from Hobby King come to presence of v. Sas. to ask for a proper treatment for my problem with the NGHGT25 engine purchased from Hobby King. This motor broke right at the beginning had done 10 flights when caught the piston within the cylinder. At first I had plans to buy the failed parts "piston and piston cilinder" and do the repair here in Brazil because of the high cost of referral back to HongKong. Anyway I couldn't the piston cilinder and was coached by Hobby King Support Center to send the engine back to Hong Kong Warehouse in 14/F, Kerry Warehouse (Shatin) 30-42 Shan Mei Street, Fotan, Hong Kong. OK, the engine was sent back in 16/092015 with RA725761608BR tracking code and having been delivered to the recipient in 9/30/2015. Since then I can't return from Kerry's personal information Warehouse and Hobby King Support Center as well, this engine was already very expensive for us because of shipping costs to Brazil, more importation taxes, more shipping back costs, the manner to have my difficulties to diminish is to have my engine back fixed.

Tracking # from Brazil (09/16/2015) to Hong Kong RA725761608BR that was arrieved there in 09/30/2015, refering Brazilian Post Office information.

The fact of the matter is, it was running normaly until yesterday when broken down.
You can see the damages on the pictures annexed. Im looking for that parts but you have only the piston, that was ordered in your shopp yesterday. The piston ring is already inserted in the piston? Could you to handlle a piston glove shipping to us?
So, could you have to do to help us?
