I flew my Vespinha today ARM São Carlos. As I saw no limits on rubber weight I used the same as we used at Vila during competition. My times are:
1- 55 seconds
2- 54 seconds
3- 66 seconds
In last flight I changed rubber to 5 1/16" strands winding to 950 turns (I think it can take more...) with great results, a fine mix of climb and duration.

Fiquei na dúvida:
5 strands or 5 loops?

Estivemos no Parque Villa-Lobos esta manhã: Omar Grassetti, Edu Yamin, Jão Barlavento, William Katz e eu.
Barlavento voou o Vespinha:
30; 39; 30
Alvaro Sala - Taylorcraft:
45; 27; 38
Alvaro Sala - Rubber One:
60; 48; 52; 64
Jim,
I made 4 flights with the Rubber One.
Am I allowed to choose the best 3 of them?
And, by the way, does the Rubber one fit this postal?
